Registration for the 2026 Spring Season opens on September 1, 2025 and will run through December 15, 2025. 

Early bird discount ends on November 15, 2025.

All rates below for Burlingame Residents. Non-Resident Fees are $100 more.

The spring season serves youth ages 5-14 and runs approximately from mid-February to mid-May.

The following are the 2026 age cutoffs and registration costs:

Rookie (6U): Birthdate 9/1/2019 to 8/31/2021 (games/practice Saturdays) - $220

Sandlot (8U): Birthdate 9/1/2017 to 8/31/2019 (games Saturdays, practice 1/week) - $270 

Mudville (10U): Birthdates from 9/1/2015 to 8/31/2017 (2 games/wk, 2+ practices/wk) - $340

Carl Reyna (12U): Birthdates from 9/1/2013 to 8/31/2015 (2 games/wk, 2+ practices/wk)- $340

Hank Sauer Jr (14U): Birthdate from 4/1/2011 to 8/31/2013 (2 games/wk, 2+ practices/wk- $410

All coaches and volunteers and must successfully pass an annual background check and complete online Abuse Prevention Training.
